1. The Promoter of the draw is JN Bank UK Ltd, 410 Brixton Road, London, SW9 7AW (“the Promoter”).
  2. The "Qualifying Period" is defined as entering as a participant in a quarter throughout the year.
  3. The draw is open to all participants who join the JN Bank UK Customer Feedback Panel.
  4. The draw will run each quarter throughout the year. In each draw, entries must be made during the relevant Qualifying Period in order to be eligible.
  5. Please note, you must have accepted an invitation to join the JN Bank UK Customer Feedback Panel, and attended the Customer Feedback Panel you were invited to within the Quarter to be eligible.
  6. Taking part will not cost you anything. If you meet the qualifying criteria in Point 4. you will be entered into the draw. 
  7. Everyone who qualifies to take part has an equal chance of winning.
  8. You are not eligible for this draw if you are employed by the Promoter, or are an immediate relative of the staff.  
  9. You are also not eligible if you are someone who is engaged as a supplier, or employed by a supplier, and you are directly involved in or help with the draw.
  10. Each Prize Winner will receive a communication email within five (5) business days following the Qualifying Period confirming their win.
  11. The prize draw will include a supermarket e-gift card of £100 for one randomly selected Customer Feedback Panel attendee.
  12. At the end of the draw, the Winner will be selected randomly.
  13. A Winner cannot win multiple prizes and the first draw prize will apply per Qualifying Period.
  14. JN Bank UK customers are under no obligation to participate in a draw. There is no cost to participate in a draw. There is no penalisation for not fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria, other than not being eligible to enter a draw.
  15. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the draws or any entry) or if the Promoter believes any draw is being abused in any way, the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity and/or refuse to pay any Prize (as defined below).
  16. In entering a draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. JN Bank UK may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter and/or win any draw.
  17. We can require any potential Winner to provide reasonable proof of their identity, and that they were living in England, Wales or Scotland.
  18. We can require Winners or their representatives to visit our Brixton Branch to verify their details.
  19. JN Bank UK will have the sole decision on whether the Eligibility Criteria or any other eligibility requirements have or have not been met.
  20. You can opt out of any or all draw at any time by contacting our Customer Service Team by calling us on 0808 196 1945, or emailing at customerservice@jnbank.co.uk. If you have opted out, you can opt back in at any time via the same methods. You acknowledge that if you opt out, you will no longer be eligible for entry into the draw.
  21. If you don’t meet or stop meeting any of these criteria after entering any draw, then you may be disqualified and any Prize (as defined below) you may have won as a disqualified entrant will be forfeited. If you are awarded any Prize (as defined below) while ineligible to enter the relevant draw, you will be required to pay such Prize back to the Promoter.
  22. If we pay a prize to anyone who falsely claims to have won, that person must pay back the prize money to us, as well as our extra costs, losses, damages and expenses.
  23. The medium in which we make the aforementioned communications is subject to change in the future, and we will be sure to notify you in advance of such change in any case. 
  24. The Promoter will make a further two attempts to contact the winning Nominee by follow-up letter, email and by telephone. If there is no response to the Promoter within 10 days of being notified, then the contribution will be deemed forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another Winner in accordance with the process described above.
  25. JN Bank UK’s decision in respect of Winners is final and binding in all respects on all entrants and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
  26. Each Prize is not negotiable or transferable and may not be claimed by a third party on any Winner's behalf.
  27. We may change these terms, or end the promotion, at any time without notice.
  28. We reserve the right to add or remove offers at any time without notice.
