Making a complaint

We're sorry that you're unhappy with our service. We'll do our best to put things right, you can get in touch:

  • By email to complaints@jnbank.co.uk or via our secure internet bank messaging service
  • By calling us at 0808 196 1945 between 2pm and 6pm, Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays)

Please include:

  • Your full name, address and account number
  • As much as you can about your complaint
  • What has gone wrong
  • How we can make this right
