Warren Justice joined JN Bank UK as Chief Financial Officer in June 2021. Prior to joining JN Bank UK, Warren held the position of CFO with Pepper Financial Services, CFO at Lapithus (part of a large US investment fund) and was Director of Finance at Principality Building Society. His previous roles have included strategy and planning, corporate finance, financial control, treasury and financial reporting.

Warren’s first degree was in Applied Physics, and he spent a year working at the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority. Warren is also a Chartered Accountant and has a MBA from London Business School.
