Remember – make sure your loan is up to date between 18 November and 18 December 2022.
  1. The Promoter of the draw is JN Bank UK Ltd, 410 Brixton Road, London, SW9 7AW (“the Promoter”).
  2. The draw is open to all customers of JN Bank UK Ltd with an active loan and are up to date with their repayments. 
  3. The draw will run for a month, from 18th Nov, 12:01 GMT until 18th Dec, 23:59 GMT. In each draw, entries must be made during the relevant Qualifying Period in order to be eligible.
  4. Please note, you must have opened your loan with JN Bank UK on or before 31 October 2022 to be eligible.
  5. Taking part will not cost you anything. If you meet the qualifying criteria on your personal loan accounts you will be entered into the draw. 
  6. Everyone who qualifies to take part has an equal chance of winning.
  7. You are not eligible for this draw if you are employed by the promoter, or are an immediate relative of the staff.  
  8. You are also not eligible if you are someone who is engaged as a supplier, or employed by a supplier, and you are directly involved in or help with the draw.
  9. Each Prize Winner will receive a communication email within five (5) business days following the Qualifying Period confirming their win.
  10. This promotion is available for personal loan accounts only, aged 18 years and over, live in England, Wales or Scotland, who meet the Eligibility Criteria, and who are not in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other terms and conditions applicable.
  11. When you make your arranged loan repayment in full between 18 Nov and 18 Dec, you are opting into our prize draw, provided you meet all the qualifying criteria listed in these terms and conditions.
  12. The prize draw will include supermarket e-gift cards - one £500 prize, three £100 prizes, and four £50 prizes.
  13. At the end of the draw, the winners will be selected randomly.
  14. A Winner cannot win multiple prizes and the first draw prize will apply.
  15. JN Bank UK customers are under no obligation to participate in a draw. There is no cost to participate in a draw. There is no penalisation for not fulfilling the Eligibility Criteria, other than not being eligible to enter a draw.
  16. By making your loan payment in full, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and agreed to be bound by them.
  17. If the Promoter has grounds to suspect any entrant or third party of cheating, deception or fraudulent or unsportsman-like conduct of any kind (including, without limitation, manipulating the draws or any entry) or if the Promoter believes any draw is being abused in any way, the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any entrant, entry or person it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity and/or refuse to pay any Prize (as defined below).
  18. In entering a draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so. JN Bank UK may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter and/or win any draw.
  19. We can require any potential winner to provide reasonable proof of their identity, and that they were living in England, Wales or Scotland.
  20. We can require winners or their representatives to visit our Brixton Branch to verify their details.
  21. JN Bank UK will have the sole decision on whether the Eligibility Criteria or any other eligibility requirements have or have not been met.
  22. You can opt out of any or all draw at any time by contacting our Customer Service Team by calling us on 0808 196 1945, or emailing at customerservice@jnbank.co.uk. If you have opted out, you can opt back in at any time via the same methods. You acknowledge that if you opt out, you will no longer be eligible for entry into the draw.
  23. If you don’t meet or stop meeting any of these criteria after entering any draw, then you may be disqualified and any Prize (as defined below) you may have won as a disqualified entrant will be forfeited. If you are awarded any Prize (as defined below) while ineligible to enter the relevant draw, you will be required to pay such Prize back to the Promoter.
  24. If we pay a prize to anyone who falsely claims to have won, that person must pay back the prize money to us, as well as our extra costs, losses, damages and expenses.
  25. The medium in which we make the aforementioned communications is subject to change in the future, and we will be sure to notify you in advance of such change in any case. 
  26. The Promoter will make a further two attempts to contact the winning Nominee by follow up letter, email and by telephone. If there is no response to the Promoter within 10 days of being notified, then the contribution will be deemed forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  27. JN Bank UK’s decision in respect of winners is final and binding in all respects on all entrants and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
  28. Each Prize is not negotiable or transferable and may not be claimed by a third party on any Winner's behalf.
  29. We may change these terms, or end the promotion, at any time without notice.
  30. We reserve the right to add or remove offers at any time without notice.
