Maggie Semple has wealth of experience across executive and non-executive roles spanning several sectors, such as education, government and corporate. Maggie co-founded I-Cubed Group Ltd, a professional services company, is the owner of Maggie Semple Ltd, a luxury bespoke womenswear business with a working atelier in Covent Garden, London and is the Chief Executive of The Experience Corps Ltd, a global consultancy firm providing strategic advice on leadership and cultural transformation. Maggie is a Non-Executive Director of Phoenix Group Holdings Plc, of PwC with a focus on inclusion, is the originator of the Black British Voices Project, a member of the University of Cambridge HR Committee Member, and a member of the Queen’s Counsel Selection Panel.  She is the author of My Little Black Book: A Blacktionary.
