Bassuah Legacy Foundation's Single Parents Appreciation Night - May 18th 2024

Some members of the JN Bank UK Senior Management team went to the ‘Single Parents Appreciation Night’ held in West London on Saturday May 18^th. The event was hosted by The Bassuah Legacy Foundation.

Our team at the event were Paulette Simpson CBE, Deputy CEO, Chris Waring, Chief Commercial Officer and Leon Hamilton, Head of Collections. They gave a cheque for £550 to the charity. This was for being chosen as our ‘charity of the quarter in December 2023. The cheque was received by some of the charity’s trustees including their CEO, Dr. Christina Konadu and their Board Chairperson Fidpal Bassuah.

JN Bank UK had a collection drive at our offices for the charity shop managed by the Bassuah Legacy Foundation. As a result, we were also able to donate a range of items (such as toys, clothing and homewares) to the charity a couple days before the event.

The Foundation’s trustees said they were happy for the donations made by JN Bank UK. They said our contribution will help their work in supporting single families and their children in need. You can learn more about the charity by visiting their website here.
